North Wazirastan education institutions are now open.
The credit goes to the hardwork of Pakistani people to route out Mullah terror. We must remember the precious and sacred blood of our jawans, officers, and law-enformcement officials. They paid the ultimate price so that we all can live in a Mullah free society, where people can live terror-free life, where girl schools will not be torched.

Couldn't find any news from the link provided by antiobl, probably it got flushed out by more news updates. If the institutions are opening up that is one good news, but I would remain skeptical of real progress until we can seal borders with Afghanistan, militants will come right back as soon as our troops are pulled back.

Fully agreed Captain Ji, Seal the border and mine the darned thing for the next 2 years. Movement should be allowed only through the proper check points.

Why do I remain skeptical too? Dont get much good news and any good news is washed away by what hapens the next week.
I really wish antiobl becomes a regular provider of good news. Good news and Pakistan just dont come in the same sentence anymore.

Good news indeed.
Since the Emergency was declared there has been some positive developments in the Waziristan situation, which hopefully lead to peace soon.
