Should have shut down the mosque in the area and prevented anyone from gathering anywhere near the place. Police/security should have outnumbered the potential mob from day one. Just typical. Pakistan desperately needs discipline and a stronger sense of responsibility.

Can you tell which Masjid should have been shut down in the area which could prevented anyone from gathering and more importantly causing this event?
