It is very common to see Sikh Punjabis way over six but multi generational consanguineous marriages have stunted the genetics in PK counter parts. Reports are over 60 percent of marriages are to first cousins. Typically Punjabis who have a higher lactose tolerance would have been really tall, now they look like the Shariffs.

If no multi generational cousin marriages then Sialkot, Mianwalli area. Body sizes are related to lactose tolerance. That Javelin Olympian is pretty tall. Average height in PK for males is quite short.
