Its the time of the year where I actually enjoy watching baseball.
The playoffs are about to start.
I was dissappointed to see Astros not make it, but now I am pulling for the Cubs.

well - i would not say it was a biggest upset - Cubs played the game to make history - and they have moved one step as they won the first Game 1 on road - Cubs have broken the longlasting curse - Last time when Cubs won the game on road in the playoffs it was back in 1945 against Detriot Tigers. Shooo..
it all came down to the efforts shown by Kerry Wood - he pitched around 90-96 miles continously for 4 innings - also he scored 1 run for the team - Sosa while he couldn’t be able to score a run but he did manage to reached to the 2nd base and walked out.
One step at a time for making the History - Go Cubs Go!
Let's just hope the Cubs and Red Sox both lose. If one of them wins the World Series you might as well bet on teh Tigers to make the playoffs next year....
yes me too..up till 3..just to have my heart broken
that squeeze really just broke my heart i feel so down today
i realy hope we win today or the long season is over

;)
bravos showed their true class on wednesday. the only thing that can defeat the braves is themselves. from 1-8 we have an scary ass lineup. watch out for a slug fest in chitown on friday. with our lineup, i would'nt be too surprised if we put up 15 runs on the board with the wind blowing out. GO BRAVES!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yes - we the Cubbies are here for making a history - Great game - Cubs won in style - stolen bases - strong pitches - good fielding & adjustment everything was there - Cubs will meet Florida Marlins in the Championship series - Kerry Wood is the real champ who pitched another dominating game(avg. 90-96 miles) and Aramis Ramirez began the celebration with a mammoth home run against Braves - Windy City Goes Wild
In other games - NY Yankees clinched the series in 4 games against Minnesota Twins - and Boston Redsox has pushed the series for a Final battle at Oakland tomorrow - i have a feeling it’s going to be a difficult time for Oakland to win the series - though the odds are on their side but it seems Redsox will finally win the postseason.
