Anyone having interest in baseball here? I know I hardly got anyone interested in baskeball season last year but may be baseball?
So what do you think of this 2010 season playoffs? I know redsox is not there so there may not be any boston fans. They should rout for yankees.. But tampa bay rays look in great shape. Just a week back they defeated yankees 3-0 so they are doing good.
I was in philedelphia last weekend and boy, those are the craziest fans for phillies. They only talk about phillies reaching world series consecutively third time in a row. I dont think they consider these pre-finals playoffs worth-discussion.
Well, they are a good team and they are definitely going to national league finals atleast.
And it would be interesting if yankees and rays play the american league finals.
I just hope yankees will repeat last year’s history again.

People talk about yankees and redsox but Phillies, by far is the best team once again this year. Look at the performance of their pitchers yesterday. They have made history with no-run pitching while batters scored 4 runs. They have been the best national league team for three years including winning the world championship in 2008. Once again they are all set to win this year.
No man, I'm not saying Yankees will surely win this year. But yes they are the favourites again. And yes as you said its too early, so one game pitching by phillies yesterday doesnt mean they are going to keep it continued. Remember that holiday can pitch in one game out of three, not in every game.
And playoffs are all about mental strength. Everybody saw how yankees came from behind yesterday after getting into 3-0 deficit. Thats what make them champions, the legacy and the empire. :)
I can tell you right now my friend, what's going to happen next! Yankees will reach american conference finals but in finals they'll loose against texans where lee will eat them up. And in world series, phillies are going to sweep and win the championship! Wanna bet? :D
Even if the yankees manage to reach world series somehow, phillies will rip them off this time! They are the best organization in world baseball.

Comeon, who had thought of these teams defeating Yankees and Phillies and reaching finals. So a big WOW.. Texas has reached for the first time ever and are favourites. But we've seen wut happened to the favourites in amercan league and national league finals..

Yankees loss was too heart broken as well. It seems every player and manager is just buisy in making money in commercials rather than playing. :(
Well the first game of world series was yesterday where Sanfrancisco Giants literally ripped of Texas pitcher Cliff Lee who is surely the best pitcher of this game today. They scored 11 runs of him and other texans. Its so strange that its the same Lee whom Yankees batting line up was finding it so hard to hit.
Second one of 7 games series (if necessary) is tonight at 7:30 ET @ Sanfrancisco. Next three will be at Texas.
I'd never thought that Phillies can loose against Giants. But the world series has proven that Giants are playing the best baseball. I hope they win it too
I agree Giants are playing the best ball game. And here they are, so ready to win the title of world champions. They are up 3-1 in the series.
Will they shut out today against Cliff Lee and seal the series??
Btw, the more I see George bush and his abba bush cheering in the stadium for Texas Rangers, the more I wish they loose.. I just cant stand this guy.. lol
