Pedophilia is not curable. If one is sexually attracted to children, they will always be so. Just like a normal heterosexual person cannot change who they are attracted to, pedophiles cant either. the only answer and the only cure is, indeed, castration. Note that these days, its called “chemical castration”, they are given depo-provera shots once every 3 months and it eliminates all sexual feelings and desires, same effect as cutting it off but without the disfigurement.
