u cant simply convict someone becasue he is not a mainstream guy.........
ur absolutely right about what uve said in the above quote...but didnt the family know the whole thing?... and they didnt bother until they felt that they cant have any more money from him??..(correct me if im wrong)........n i think his acuittal was mainly due to the fact that family bringing the suit couldnt prove their credilbility...n their were always testimonies that contradicted what they said......anywasy i might be wrong ...just a personal opinion

It might sound cold, but the onus goes on the parents, they shouldn’t leave the kids in his company. Those who do are obviously suspect.
We all know celebrities will be judged differently in court than civillians, because it’s impossible to find people who are unbiased. Especially when that star’s influence touched so widely like Michael Jackson. I’m not surprised that he got off, and in a way I’m happy he did, because I didn’t want to read about him committing suicide in a jail cell.

Well what that kid didn’t realize before trying to sue MJ was that he’s a freakin millionare and he can pay his way outta jail 
. Hell, he could pay out his own bails even if he WAS going to jail.

He wouldn’t have to commit suicide, the other prisoners wud get to him before he could. Child molesters r considered the worst of the worst, even murderers, rapists, etc abhor molesters..

^ That may be true for any ordinary child molestors. I doubt if high profile inmates are left so unsecured by prison wardens to be killed by other inmates. It will be a PR nightmare for the jail facility.
Secondly, while I completely agree that MJ is a wacko who did some really weird things with kids, but in this particular case, the accuser and his family were completely unbelievable. The time period at which the alleged abuses occured was right after Martin Bashir documentary where the entire world was focussed on Neverland Ranch and what goes on there. It defies all logic, that under all that strain and PR backlash going on, MJ will be molesting the kid again. Secondly, the family had a history of very dubious law suits and the mother of the accuser came across as a bigger moron than MJ.
I believe if the accuser was anyone else, with a more credible story and better witnesses, the case would have stuck. Heck! Michael himself admitted to sleeping with boys in that documentary, which should be enough to throw the man in a mental institution. Probably not a prison, because the dude is mentally retarted to know what is right and what is wrong in our society.

^ You know what one of the child molesters after serving 10 years in prison...when he was to be released...asked to be castarted as knew that he was going to go back to his bad habits...So last 15-20 years of repititive behavior...leaves some questions??

Pedophilia is not curable. If one is sexually attracted to children, they will always be so. Just like a normal heterosexual person cannot change who they are attracted to, pedophiles cant either. the only answer and the only cure is, indeed, castration. Note that these days, its called "chemical castration", they are given depo-provera shots once every 3 months and it eliminates all sexual feelings and desires, same effect as cutting it off but without the disfigurement.

the jury were some namooneh. Apparently, they didnt like the way Janet arvizo clicked her fingers, and another dint like the way she looked at them.

That mother of the supposed victim was a freak man....According to some media/objective observers/ex-prosecuters, she was the craziest witness they have ever seen in their careers.....
