Re: mixture too thin..

a little cornflour or maida...........or u can also take one or two bread slice....soak them in water(just for half a min)...take out...press between hands....so that all water comes out and put in the mixture!

Re: mixture too thin..

Corn Flour. Some people add vesan too, but I dont like vesan smelling kebabs. Corn flour is better.

Re: mixture too thin..

I made shami kebabs , they didn't seem too thin when I made them but when I fried them after freezing they are breaking in the pan.... any tips for that.... I did add egg in the mixture and they shaped out fine....just after being frozen they are breaking up...

Re: mixture too thin..

did u dip in egg jus before frying..? I do that.. they normally turn out good, but yes have to b v.careful with shami kebabs, since they get really soft n break easily.
