Does that really exist? Do you feel it, when you visit your country after long time?

Re: Mitti ki Khushboo

Yes it does and i do feel..after visiting country after long time and when it rains :hinna:

Re: Mitti ki Khushboo

Ofcourse.. It Does.. I feel it.. and all the other people who love their country Feels it.. and Its not just khushboo.. its te feeling as well :jhanda:

I am missing Pakistan :frowning:

Awww :frowning:

I agree it’s not just khushboo it’s feeling.

Re: Mitti ki Khushboo

Those people who live in Pakistan are so lucky :hinna:

But they call us lucky

Re: Mitti ki Khushboo

They don’t know the life we live here.. :frowning:

Re: Mitti ki Khushboo

technically the mitti k khushbu for be for the place you grew up....not your passport pe likhi hue jagah k liya

Re: Mitti ki Khushboo

you mean, you don't have feeling for Pakistan or India, because you grew up in Saudi?

Re: Mitti ki Khushboo

i'm not saying that..thts why i said technically...
i think this mitti ki khushbu thing has many other factors ....and not just tht place being your ancestral place

Re: Mitti ki Khushboo

Its not where you live or where you grew up.. Its what you are...
this feeling comes naturally. Like Mustafa was born but he will always be Pakistani.. He will feel for Pak before UK.. and will always be called as Pakistani.. so it will naturally come that feeling that bound he has with pak.. whether he was born there or here.. Its not just about Writing on passports.. Its our identity... Whether passport is green or Red..

Re: Mitti ki Khushboo

I can understand your point. Its not easy to develop feeling for your ancestral places until you have connection with such places and you visit there

Re: Mitti ki Khushboo

it does not come naturally...fitri taur pe aisa kuch nahi....its all abt the environment...wht they are fed since birth...and then its abt a few other stuff too...such as..hey i have got family back there...or hey..i have land back there...i'm free back there...or i have rights bacl there which i do not have here ....
stuff like tht..these were just examples

tths wht i think...i dont think such things come naturally...

Re: Mitti ki Khushboo

exactly my point...its not something you are born with...its something which develops due to many factors

Re: Mitti ki Khushboo

I think if you go away from Saudia and come back after a time, you will feel this :) Your parents might have same feeling for India / Pakistan

Re: Mitti ki Khushboo

I think it comes naturally.. Its about your roots.. where you exactly belong.. even if we live outside Pak.. we will never feel home.. on one point of time.. you will want to go back to your matti.. you country.. Its the matti calls you..

Re: Mitti ki Khushboo

yes i hear my parents , tayas , khalas , maamos , dada etc talk abt mitti ki khushbu...
but i dont know much abt it...'cuz i havent been to pak for 21 yrs now, i had gone to india abt 6 yrs back for a period of two months and cuz it was shadi ka ghar...i wont say i visited india....it was mostly extra busy with relatives...
it was fun when i had gone to the village and all tht...but i still dont know abt mitti ki khushbu

Re: Mitti ki Khushboo

yes i did miss saudi when i was in india for 2 months..but i dont know abt mitti ki khushbu...i missed the relatives i had left behind here...i missed them a real lot
