The story revolves around a simple and innocent woman Mithu, whose husband has divorced and abandoned her along with their mentally challenged son ‘Baullay Munnay’. Mithu lives with her brother and his cunning wife, Rehana, who knows how to exploit Mithu’s innocence and makes her do house chores. Mithu is desperate to get treatment for Baullay Munnay but gets further exploited by their neighbor Apa. Will Mithu ever be able to find happiness?

what I like the most is that its hilarious but shows some sad reality at the same time (i know this doesn't make sense but if you watch it, you'll know what I mean).
