We had this issue about a year or so ago… the killers and torturers or a two year old child called Jamie Bulger were released
the ones that killed Jamie Bulger in the Uk were about 9 and 10, they appear to have been rehabilitated and have been given new identities and are living in the uk (some say Europe) somewhere
Why take the chance? If they can do i when they are 9 and 10 years old or 13 in this case. They can easily do it when they are older and are more prone to do it again when they are older.
No my dear it makes the difference between tolerance and intolerance. I don't think letting murderers out on the streets to kill again is tolerant. You wouldn't but then again you have no moral values.
