all islamic opposition to corrupt muslim rulers is being labelled as khawarij today thats a VERY wrong trend.
The khawarij that RasoolAllah condemned were a SPECIFIC group and the conditions in which they will appear are clearly defined.
i.e they will appear at a time when muslims will be fighting or in seperate groups and the group of muslim on the right path will destoy the khawarij.
This condition does not apply to every subsequent islamic uprising against corrupt rulers

The great majority of the rulers in the muslim world are not even muslim to begin with. Their kufr is made manifest on multiple grounds. So the whole issue of the people of resistance being khwarij doesn't is baseless.
