My fiancee has made big mistakes. I do not now if I should forgive him or
break this rishta. And I do not even know if his sorry is sincere
I have done istikhara prayer two times but it was not clear.
Is there any dua or wazeefa that I can do so that I can make the right
decision?
Or is it possible that anybody else can do istikhara for me?

trying doing the istikhara salah for 7 days in a row. it doesnt necessarily have to be a dream, could be gut feeling, and also if things are easy for u to make a decision, than that could be ur istikhara result.
yes, someone else can make istikhara for you.
maybe the two of u could talk together with an imam/shaykh or someone you both respect to sort this out.

just keep praying to Allah in whichever manner you can...
