oh yeah... you can do it with the dough used for aloo samosas.
So this is how you can do it, take the dough, roll it and cut a rectangle. I would say that the measure of thelength side of the rectangle should be double the measure of the height.. Then you lay the strip, put the material on the first half side, make sure to leave little space from four side to seal. After putting the material, apply the seal paste on 4 sides, flip the other half on the first half. Seal the 4 sides with help of a fork.
I am not sure what tools you'll need to get it in the factory but if you use the above procedure, it is achievable at home. It will hold very nicely. you can also do other shapes like circle, rombus, stars, etc. Just cup shapes from the dough. Put some filling on one piece of dough, cover with other, seal all the sides b/w the two pieces of doughs. Oh and to cut the shapes, you can use cookie cutters...
U cud make the dough and roll it out on a floured surface and fill an area with u're mixture, flip the rest of the dough over it and gently press it down and cut with a pastry-cutter!
You cud make circles as well in the same way, turn-out the dough on a floured n clean surface fill the spaces and flip the rest of the dough over... and use cookie cutters (rounds) to cut-thru!
