i need help urgently. I was using C Cleaner and just deleted .net from my laptop and removed some registery files too. Now when i start my laptop it says operating system missing
is there any way i can fix it by myself?

Its not files it is just whole operating system

If you have access to a windows CD insert that and boot into the CD drive.
I dont have and i will have to buy it and it might cost alot

CCleaner can be your worst enemy if not being careful with the checkboxes. Few years back I had bricked my laptop same way, kept getting error about a missing BCD file and wouldn't boot.
What you would have to do is re-install the OS and while you don''t need the original OS on a disc available, you will need the original license key. For the OS, there are two ways, either you can create installation files on a USB or burn the ISO image on a DVD, both of which are available on MS site. Needless to say another machine is needed.
Yes exactly i was running C cleaner and after that it happened. Is there any way to get the key for free? I know in Pakistan you can get CD with license for pennies but i will have to spend my 1 week wage to get it. Any solution?
Wouldnt recommend going that route. I think the best solution would be to take it to one of the PC repair places and have them do it.

Without having the OS disk. There isnt much you can do. If you tried to fix it yourself without the CD you could damage it more.
