I have missed it for 1 week straight now. Just can’t be bothered, don’t get time haha.
Aside from feeling hungry, which then goes away after a while, doesn’t really affect me much.

I used to… when I was in college, didn’t know any better back then.
Breakfast is supposed to be the MOST important meal of the day… you should not skip it :nono:

My dad always says "breakfast is most important meal of the day" and if he is awake in morning when i leave school or work he makes sure i eat something, not much, even one slice of bread and then orange juice. Myself i dont mind so much breakfast, i dont like to eat in morning, i get easily stomach-ache if i eat in morning. And really i dont have hungry until 14.00 even if i dont eat breakfast : D So I eat breakfast usually only in Sundays when my dad is same time awake, other days i dont eat... although i know its healthy and important to eat something(healthy) in morning : )

Have breakfast like a king...lunch like a prince and dinner like a pauper.
There is some truth to that because without breakfast...you send your body into starvation mode and slow down your metabolism. When you're young, you can get away with it and even lose weight but as you get older...it all catches up.

Yep exactly what Reha said, missing breakfast also messes about with your sugar level.
