I have had a very bad experience of shopping from MissSoni, Fortress Stadium, Lahore, and would never recommend that to anyone.
I bought a suit from there, and gave for alteration, at that time, they were very willing to alter the dress, I just wanted a zip to be stitched and a little change to be made in the measurements of the shirt. But when I went to pick that, the alteration had not been done in the right manner, there was a difference of 1.5 inches in the measurement of daaman...luckily I checked the measurement there, and when I pointed it out, the shop keeper very rudely refused to believe that it was a mistake, saying..."shayad aapko nahi pata keh alteration kaisey ki jaati hai, ab aap k liye special suit to nahi bana k dein gey" :S He had noted down the size that I had given him initially, so I referred to that as well, but he was very adamant that he was right, and I was wrong, while everyone knows that when you give something for alteration, you want your own size, and any shop taking suits for alterations knows that too. Anyway, after a lot of arguments, another shop keeper came and asked us to leave the suit there, saying that they would send it again to the "factory". When I finally got it from there, it had been changed to my size, but I had to make 3 visits to the shop to get one single dress, and had to face a lot of disappointment too. So I have decided NEVER to go there again...and by the way, I didn't like anything in particular there either, bought that just to avoid making my visit a useless one...:|
