The overwhelming media attention to the case of brothel attack is making the situation worse. The two brothers have been kinda celebrity over the few days. Geo, Ary and Aaj have been airing their voices 24/7, they appeared n every political talk show. I am afraid tat they will get intoxicated by such media attention and may pull outsimilar stunts in future.
Worse still some other fame hungry people might try to do the same.
I beleive some on Aaj rightly said that this was an issue supposed to be dealt with by a deputy commissioner, instead the President engages in statement exchanges with these Mullahs, the cabinet meets daily to discuss the issue.
This also lends weight to specualtion of a conspiracy theory. Few other things that came up in GEO/Aaj, Ghazi was previously charged with serious offences in 2005 but was then released by government. An IG who tried to take action against him was transferred.

Conspiracy theorists tend to assume the government planned in..i don't subscribe to that theory, i think this government is quite inept.. it had no intent to create this mess..it simply allowed it and since Ghazi knows the system perfectly well because of his agency connections he could play them far better than some lawyers or the Chief Justice of Pakistan could..
