Did anyone watch this program? It was on GEO on like Friday night (Eastern Time). It basically just showed all the corruption within the educational system of Pakistan and how the teachers don’t teach and how all the money that goes into funding the schools just gets eaten up by the administration. 
It’s really sad, but I’m glad to see that someone took the initiative to go out and get the footage, do the interviews, and see to it that it be broadcasted. Pakistan needs more of this kinda stuff.

yh i saw it,that teacher claimed that his pupils knew everyhing but they couldnt write or read,yh it was sad

It doesn't matter that the program was aired on Geo or whatever any channel.
Only the stuff matters, the discussion about, in progress...
Let's say a program about the diseases of dogs is broadcasted on any channel then in your view it can be discussed under:
GupShup Forums > GupShup > Shor Sharaba > Showbiz Pakistan

No, but since the program was broadcasted on GEO which happens to be a PAKISTANI CHANNEL I assumed that PERHAPS it might just fit into the freakin SHOWBIZ PAKISTAN FORUM…HOW SILLY OF ME!!! 
Look, we’re discussing how important it is for more people to get together and film/broadcast this kinda stuff on Pakistani Television. If this doesn’t fit into the Showbiz Pakistan forum, then I don’t know what does. Bug off.

i wonder sometimes,why people can have such hearts.
the problem is ignorance with which they suffer too.
i have no doubt in my mind, that when they are shown the path to education and what knowledge and learning can do for them, they will not be that vicious and greedy for some short range aim of material wealth.
instead,at the least, they would like their next generation to read and write adn become literate so that all ills that go with ineducation will come be one by one taken care of..

I've been shocked by how many people get private tutors, even within the strongest schools in Karachi. It's like the teachers aren't there to teach. They just tell you what you need to learn, but they don't teach it to you. It's a remarkable waste of money, time, and resources. And it leads to further separation of the classes.

The entire education system in Pakistan needs an overhaul. So many things in that country need an overhaul.
Didn't watch the documentary though. Glad that they're addressing these situations. For some reason, people in Pakistan just don't think there is something highly disturbing about paying so much to go to school and then paying even more for "tuition". I mean, where we come from, tuition IS school.

Yea and I think if they really worked on improving the education system, that would be a solution to many problems to come. (Educating the next generation and all)

It was really sad!
One of the student was asked to read "Cat" but he couldnt and pronounced it as "doggy" :(
8th grade students couldnt point out Asia on a map, I was Shocked!!!
