Thanks but I think you’re over rating me. My problem in urdu I know doesn’t have a quick fix solution; it is “limited vocabulary” and I have to live with this handicap.

I stopped writing when I started studying Medicine. Still got some old poems in my diaries.

No, you don’t have to live with it. Exposure to it will fix the problem. My Urdu vocabulary needs work too. I recently read an Urdu book translated in English. Now, I’m re-reading parts of it in Urdu.

I remember when my Mum was coming back from Umarah, after a week or so, I was very happy, and i wrote this:
Ghuncho pe naye rang aa rahe hain
uff woh mere sang aa rahe hain
dil mein mere ek haijaan hai barpa
khawab bhi mughko dabang aa rahe hain
woh aa rahe hain to phool khil rahe hain
fizaon mein halchal jal tarang aa rahe hain
I was 12.
