Miscarriage

Hi guys

I am trying to be delicate here as I don’t want to upset anyone already down in case they have suffered a miscarriage but I want to know something…

for the woman that suffered miscarriages did they feel any normal sickness signs, like tender breasts, sickness, etc etc - in their first 10-12 weeks?

As when I had my miscarriage at 8 weeks a few years ago I didn’t feel these symptoms but at that time it was my first pregnancy and didn’t know what to expect. So I assumed all was fine until I started bleeding heavily.

And I know with miscarriage there is nothing once can do, the nurse told me it is a pregnancy that has gone wrong from day one and it takes it course, and I read Islamically that if you are a good muslim and go to heaven then you are reunited with that child. It’s amazing to think you have another child in heaven.

And even if you are not a good muslim I think the child prays to Allah to bring you to heaven and reunite them with their mothers. It’s amazing.

Anyway I hope you are all in the best of health.

Take care

Re: Miscarriage

When I had my miscarriages, there were warning signs that things were not going well. First was that my blood levels of pregnancy hormone were increasing too slowly. It should double every 24 rto 48 hours - mine was doubling every 4 to 6 days. I also got cramps intermittently, low back cramps. Both times, the heartbeat stopped between week 6 and week 8. I had pathology done and it turned out that both times, it was a bad egg, that although the egg was fertilized, it could never have developed into a baby.

For my successful pregnancies, I never had a moment of nausea. I got extremely tired and extremely hungry but those were the only typical symptoms I ever had.
