That I believe is inaccurate, on more occasions he will score his first 10-15 runs quickly (with SR of 90-120) to make sure bowlers do not try to intimidate him but its after that he starts to slow down.

Wish it was, but that is not true. Actually, it is after 35 to 40 balls, Misbah run rate improves a lot. But he (along with Younis Khan) is tuk tuk king during first 35 to 40 balls he plays. That means, if he gets out early (what he regularly do), than he wasted too many balls.

I believe he already said that, probably not specific to Fawad Alam but in general that the ultimate decision of 15-member squad comes from selection committee. We can argue that he didn’t fight for right 15-member but then it may have caused more rifts in overall PCB team/management/selection committee/coach as they did with Inzamam, Younis and other captains, and they may have played around with changing captains … resulting in more uncertainty in Pakistan cricket.

That is wrong again. In Pakistan, role of Captain in selection of team was similar to other world teams, but after Imran Khan captaincy, role of captain in selecting team increased, and today, say of Captain in final 15 team members is much more than role of captain in any other world cricket teams.

I do not believe Sarfaraz was in Pakistan for first 4 WC ODIs.

Well, 4 world cup ODIs is not same as 4 world cup competitions. In competition, there are many ODIs and what I wrote is first 4 world cup ODIs Pakistan played in this world cup (WC 2015). (Misbah left out Sarfraz in first 4 world cup ODIs … that is, against India, West Indies, Zimbabwe and UAE).

The answer is up there again… the selection committee.

Again, I would still say that selection committee is responsible, but Misbah as Captain was part of Selection committee, and two person responsible most in Pakistan selection committee is Captain (most important) and Coach (second most), as they have the biggest say, plus they are responsible of teams performance. As for other members of selection committee and selection committee chairman, they in Pakistan is theoretically part time job.
