1. Heritage: (Original settlers of the land vs current settlers)
2. Rulers: (throughout history)
3. Political boundaries: (both modern and ancient history)
4. Developers: (those who formed the land to its current present form).

Pick any one so you and I can argue if Sindhis can claim a universal/all-times right on Karachi or not
