Can someone plz plz explain to me why can I not open a new thread??

here's the problem....

everytime i click "new topic' to open a new thread, GS menu bars/ the whole outline appears BUT it is blank completely where it is suppose to give us the space to write our new thread...some other members have also complained having same issue...help us out plz!!
