Miracles are only witnessed by those who understand them. For the rest, they can only be an illusion.

i think what they mean is actual sequence of events … not dreams or
real life stories of things that were out of ordinary and affected you in
a positive way thats why they are called miracle else we would call em
accidents or mishaps not miracles
