In fact, the Qur'an revealed that such developments and achievements would one day be realised. For instance, Allah draws our attention to this in the following verse: O company of jinn and human beings. If you are able to pierce through the confines of the heavens and Earth, pierce through them. You will not pierce through, except with a clear authority. (Qur'an, 55:33)
The Arabic word sultan, translated here as "a clear authority," has other meanings as well: force, power, sovereignty, dominion, law, path, permission, give leave, justify, and proof. Careful examination reveals that the above verse emphasizes that humanity will be able to move into the depths of Earth and sky, but only with a superior power. In all likelihood, this superior power is the superior technology employed in the twentieth century, for it enabled scientists to achieve this great feat.
*He creates you stage by stage in your mothers' wombs in threefold darkness. That is Allah, your Lord. Sovereignty is His. There is no god but Him. So what has made you deviate? (Qur'an, 39:6) *
The _expression "fee thulumatin thalathin," translated into English as "a threefold darkness," indicates three dark regions involved during the development of the embryo. These are:
The darkness of the abdomen
The darkness of the womb
The darkness of the placenta
As we have seen, modern biology has revealed that the embryological development of the baby takes place in the manner revealed in the verse, in three dark regions. Moreover, advances in the science of embryology show that these regions consist of three layers each.
(God) makes night merge into day and day merge into night, and He has made the sun and moon subservient, each one running until a specified time. That is God, your Lord. The Kingdom is His. Those you call on besides Him have no power over even the smallest speck. (Surat al-Fatir: 13)
In the creation of the heavens and the earth, and the alternation of night and day, there are Signs for people with intelligence: those who remember God, standing, sitting and lying on their sides, and reflect on the creation of the heavens and the earth: 'Our Lord, You have not created this for nothing. Glory be to You! So safeguard us from the punishment of the Fire. (Surat Al Imran: 190-191
I stand for correction but when this verse was revealed to our dear Prophet sala Allaah alayhi wa sallam, he cried the whole night, weeping after the verse 190 was revealed.

Brother, how come that by accepting Islam they could have been saved from entering hell and holy quran proven wrong? anyone accepting Islam can save himself/herself from entering hell? is that what U want to convey?
The Quran is the word of Allah, hence it cannot be false. If it says that they will perish in hell, then it is true that they will perish in hell. And indeed, it was true, because they never accepted Islam.
The point being conveyed is that, had they wanted, they could have converted to Islam and prove the word of Allah wrong, because that is what they originally believed (that the word of Allah is false). But that is not what Allah willed, and since his words are never false, they never accepted Islam. They died as unbelievers, further clarifying that the word of Allah is, indeed, true.
Holy Qur’ân in chapter 31, verse 29 says, “Have you not seen how God merges the night into the day and merges the day into the night.” The use of the word merges emphasizes a slow gradual change, and this is not possible if the earth is flat.
If I tell you that the Holy Qur'ân tells us of ants talking to one another, you will probably laugh, but the branch of Zoology that I am telling you about, has found the animal or insect which closely resembles the dynamics of the human, is the ant ....... for apart from an extremely 'advanced' system of communication (as is mentioned in the Holy Qur'ân, chapter 27, verse 18), They ..... the ants bury the dead and can have what can be said to be an equivalent of a market place.
