There is a town in Portugal called Fatima. The fascinating thing is that the Christians believe there was a miracle that took place there in 1917, where a lady appeared over the sky and spoke to three children followed by some other events. Interestingly the lady introduced herself as “Fatima”! Christians say it was virgin Mary the mother of Jesus. I will be interested to know if anybody knows more about this or been to this town.

If you read carefully the lady in the apparition identified herself as Lady of the Rosary.
Fatima is only the name of the village and must have been the name of that village since the time of Muslim rule.
