I was just wondering if I could have some input from guppans about valima/ reception lengas I know there are so many threads on here about wedding dresses, and I have checked most of them out, and as far as I can see, most valima jorras are light in color rite?
My sister is about to order a mint green/pistachio colored lenga with light orange borders from Zardozi in Lahore. I’ve heard they are a really good shop,but am unsure about the color combo. Any opinions???

Mahwishhh I am getting my Shadi day Lehnga from Zardosi too. I am sure you are gonna love it. So is it pink then?

But yea, I settled with pink & orange :) Let's see how it goes..I feel like pink & orange is just SO traditional..i wish I cud have experimented with the other colors :)
Dont stress too much about valima jordas...there is no rule. Thats the fun thing about valimas...you can do any color you want and get away with it...unlike the wedding day...where you have this silent pressure of wearing red...lol.

Lol. My Walema dress & bari is coming from Karachi but my Shadi dress & other clothes are coming from Lahore.
Pink & orange sounds traditional yet kinda different at the same time. Can't wait to see the pictures InshaAllah :)
somehow through facebook i saw a friend of mine was a fan of some designer and on the website it had a model with an elephant in a gold sari? anyhow there was a beautiful electric blue with orange work on it and i just can’t recall the name of the site. anyone know what i’m talking about?
