hi, i recently had a mint drink at a resturant, its predominantely made of mint, lots of mint, very re-freshing, but its not just a case of mint + water +sugar as i tried this and it was a failed attempt… the drink was very green…was yummy…does anyone have any mint drink receipes they could share?

Make a virgin Mojito. :)
In a tall glass put 2-3 slices of thinly sliced lime, and add a small handful of mint leaves. Also add about 1 spoonful of sugar (more or less to taste). Take a fork and mash it up a bit..as to get the natural oils out from mint and a bit of lime juice going. To that add plain seltzer water, or add flavored seltzer water :)

not quite this...as ive tried making a sugar syrup with lemon juice, and then lots of mint, or little mint or no lime juice...but its compleltey off the mark.... for those in lahore,...its a resturant called bonfire, drink called aab be hayat,,,something like that...also the picture...on above link...thats not either....i think i might have to go there again to try figure out what its ingrediants are!
