you're basically not making any novel point ummm. most people who use that statistical argument go on to try and show that what happened post partition in both india and pakistan but continues to happen every so often in india also happens in pakistan. that there was violence at the time of partition is such an everyday fact that it hardly registers as anything interesting, or particularly relevant since that had its very peculiar political circumstances that are not likely to be repeated, which means it doesnt apply to gujraat type everyday indian riots.
there is no hard evidence for similar violence post partition in Pakistan besides number-play which has many different explanations. however fact is Pakistan has alhamdulillah been relatively kinder to its minorities (even shias) than India has been to Muslims (and others), after the initial violence in both countries.
