well ia m doing bachlor degree in biology currently and might spend one extra sesmter after bachlor degree to do my 2 degree bachlor degree in chamestry. i want to ask you guys what can be good minor with it.
i am planning to become child specialist but might changed my mind. currently going for doctor. so what can be a good minor with my bachlor degrees.
psychology (child psychology, social psych, psych of women, cud all help u with being a child specialist).... sociology (sociology of family, race, gender, criminals, etc could also help).. check if ur school has any "recommended" minors for your bachelors degrees... i know for some, at least my major, u gotta do something related to it.
usually bio majors are recommended to just get a minor in chemistry because they have to take 2 years of chemistry anyways. you're already getting a degree in chemistry so i would suggest something non-science. I am sure there might be some subject that you like better than bio and chem :S
it’s a really good idea to minor in a different field than wat your major is. my sis majored in biology and got her minor in anthropology. and i did opposite subjects too. i think this is a really good idea cuz your gaining skills outside your core study and plus it looks great on grad apps/interviews. try anthro (cultural or physical) a language is always a plus. btw, enjoy ur undergrad yrs… akh diga reminds me of the good old days

insan- cultural anthro covers the study of well...culture. it defines wat culture is, how it evolves over time and such. in short, physical anthro coveres studying fossils, carbon dating, studying the evolutionary process etc. :)
why not islamic studies or religion as a whole? when i went to uni i was in sciences, but loved learning more about islam, and the history...even about paksitan....
