So Altaf Hussein now admits the existence of criminals, is he going to “handover” these criminals or is he going to help them flee the country (if not out already)?

This seems to be new phenomenon, normally woh apnayhi bandon ko oopar puncha deta hay. The change is surprising or is this only a darama as usual?
