Why don’t you tell that to those who even don’t tolerate poor IDPs from flood affected areas of Sindh and use their arms on their camps. If Sindhis have considered Karachi as their Jageer, they would have shown that attitude in 1947.

Arms were used by the nationalists to force people not to go back to their homes when the flood receded.
