Although a step in right direction but** keeping in mind the performance of this govt i think this step is to increase their income**, i.e. from CAA official to the MoD everyone is going to take their fair share before issuing clearance to any or all the air-crafts, i hope i am wrong and they are sincere to find out about the faulty planes

Exactly what I was thinking, if they really were sincere about security they would’ve been conducting these investigations throughout the year, but now they got good opportunity to mint money, the one who pays more will get clearance earlier.
