Hmm...maybe would be better to do without makeup and just apply ice and let the swelling subside. Sometimes makeup can draw attention to an area that you're trying to conceal...especially anything with shimmer. It also depends on the appearance of the swelling. If there is blueness or redness, maybe try corrector and concealer to minimize the appearance. Maybe avoid adding colors and highlights to the area of the swelling and play up the other features so the attention is drawn toward them. For instance if the swelling is in the cheeks...avoid blush, etc.
