Mini-facial for younger looking skin!

Wash your face. Pat dry. Massage a cold cream gently into your skin. Let your skin soak in the rich cream for four minutes. Soak a soft towel in hot water and squeeze dry. Gently wipe off the cream to discover a new refreshing softness and a youthful glow.

Exercise For Your Face!

Exercise your facial muscles. For younger looking skin just say ‘O’! Puff out your cheeks and mouth an ‘O’. Perform stretching exercises on your face. Stretch at various angles. Do it everyday for soft, supple and oh-so-young skin.

lol @ the O thing, my colleagues were discussing that the other day and some of the galz were sitting there saying O again n again ... i was cracking up big time coz it looked hecka funny :p

apaprently saying O and then smiling a big grin real quick helps with double chins

alhamdulillah i'm cool till now don't have a double chin [thank God!!!] but yeah if i ever was to do this Khudanakhasta it would definitely hafta be alone :D

This excercise in not only specific for double chins ....it is a general excercise and anybody can do it.

Oxygen facials are the way to go
