My simple analogy to all conspiracy theorists is.

If A gives funding/resources to B to harm or kill C. Who is more at fault A or B?

I think most sane people would say B because he or she actually carried out the atrocity and did not think about the consequences of their action

Also, if C doesn’t like A, then it is in A’s interest to get rid of B ASAP which would hurt BOTH A and B.
