black adder , fawlty towers, mind your language are works of cinematic art.
dude...i remeber that one! though i didnt understand a word of it when i was young, cuz i was in pakistan and all, but just another piece of nostalgia for me.
there used to be this other british comedy, i dont remember the name of it right now, but it was about this guy who owned this inn or something and his antics and the permanent guests that used to be there, that one i really liked for some reason. any one know what i am talking about?
Ummmmm…faulty towers???![]()
Does anyone remember the Indian version on Zee TV, I think it was called Zuban Samhal Kai. Now that was funny!
Only Fools and Horses and Bread remain the top British sitcoms of all times :k:
nahh i dont think so…
^that was allo allo, or something like that.
mind ur language was FUNNY! :k:
Allo Allo was quite funny, although a bit crude. Keeping up Appearances, Faulty Towers, Are you Being Served, Black Adder are/were all good too. Does anybody remember Spitting Image? I remember it vaguely.
Allo Allo was really good :k: and so was fawlty towers..
Ive seen a few episodes.. its funny sufff...
I haven't had a chance to see the episodes... but have heard a lot about it - maybe will catch it someday...
anyone remember "some mothers do have them" ... I was around 8 or 9 when I saw that... and for my age then, it seemed stupidly funny.
I hate British comedy...but this one is an exception...good ol' Mr. Brown. The Italian guy was great and the little battles between the Pakistani and sikh were hilarious. :-)
Oo blime....
i loved that sitcomm
Mind Your Language, Fawlty Towers, Allo Allo ...aa those were the days :)
