Mind Control Torture Technology - topic is getting very popular. There is so much suffering and torture reported in the google groups especially in the west, which is exteremely disturbing.
Is this true that this techcology exist to troture innocent citizens via sonic or sound waves, devices? Reported torture details can be found in the below link and that Only the targeted person hears the torturing low band voices within the same room with others. How is that possible?
