I do not own a food processor, so my kabab method is very simplistic.

  1. Grate an onion and squeeze it dry with paper towels
  2. Finely mince green chilis
  3. Mix onion, green chilis, and breadcrumbs (optional) into qeema
  4. Add spices (chappli kabab mix or simply salt and red chili powder)
  5. Add ginger or garlic minced and squezed dry if you want
  6. Let mixture sit in the refrigerator for a few hours
  7. Fry or grill one tiny piece of the meat mixture as a test. Then taste and adjust the salt/spices in the rest of the raw mixture.
  8. Form into kabab shapes of your choice and fry or grill

Uhhh I do it “andaazay se” but my guess would be approx 1/4 cup.
