I do not own a food processor, so my kabab method is very simplistic.
- Grate an onion and squeeze it dry with paper towels
- Finely mince green chilis
- Mix onion, green chilis, and breadcrumbs (optional) into qeema
- Add spices (chappli kabab mix or simply salt and red chili powder)
- Add ginger or garlic minced and squezed dry if you want
- Let mixture sit in the refrigerator for a few hours
- Fry or grill one tiny piece of the meat mixture as a test. Then taste and adjust the salt/spices in the rest of the raw mixture.
- Form into kabab shapes of your choice and fry or grill

Uhhh I do it “andaazay se” but my guess would be approx 1/4 cup.
