I dont go to desi parties. theyre so stupid and gay. especially the DJ. all he says is the words he read from his ebonics dictionnary. I go to american parties cos that's where all the hot girls are.

Actually this whole millenium thing is really getting to me becoz
1) it isn't even our (Muslims) millenium--we're in 1420 something...
2) it is a purely pagan festival; no one even knows when Isa alayhi salaam were born (Jesus)- but the christian scholars latest estimates are about 5 BC so the millenium should have been in 1995!
So that's why we as muslims and pakis shouldn't celebrate it!

Well, lets see. So far I have it worked out like this, only God knows if I'll ever save up in time for the trip.
Go down south, to Portland. Live with aunt for a day or two. Take her car and goto LA, spend a few days there. Somehow try and hop into a plane for newyork and reach time square in time.

My plans are a bit different. I am locking myself in this nuke proof shelter I built in the backyard with my year supply of food, water, etc etc etc…and the arms and ammunition to keep you fools out…

Nothing much goes on in New York City around that time of the year. I guess I will stay home. Actually, I will be on a plane on the New Year’s Day flying back from spending Christmas with in-laws.

Sorry Guys to have to dampen your partying - but since it will be Ramadhan during the millenium shouldn't you be fasting and going to the Masjid for Taravee prayers.
When the new millenium is ushered in at 12 midnight, traveeh prayers would be over and fasting certainly would not have started.
Taravee is a waste of time. Who made that up?

True the Taravee prayers would be finished by then but to get to anywhere "where its happening" you would have to leave pretty early.

yeah and then you can have your sahar with bears and vodka etc etc or just make sure you leave the dance party or root the girl before fajar so that you get enof time for sahar .
