I have recently developed this love affair with milk. Over the last few years, its been tea or coffee…suba shaam, but now I drink 2-3 big mugs of full cream milk, because nothing tastes as good and fills me as much. When I was younger I was never a big milk fan, only milkshakes. Whats happened to me?
My sister always tells me how bad full cream milk is, but Im obsessed!
I think its because these days I dont cook and sometimes I realise I havent eaten for 24 hours, lekin phir bhi. Its soo wierd. Im drinking milk as I type.

Milk is very healthy :) try skimmed milk wese coz it contains lesser fat, if ure concerned about the fat contents.
milk is supposed 2 be the healthiest thing on planet earth.... thats what my parents say (prob to make me drink it).

Fully skimmed milk isn't as beneficial as skimmed milk because by removing the fat lots of nutrients are also taken away. The best compromise is semi-skimmed if you're trying to cut down on calories.

Unsweetened whole fat or 2% fat cold milk 
Goes perfectly well with salty or sweet cookies…danish butter cookies, ritz crackers, shortbread cookies, graham crackers, anything that soaks up the milk…yumyum.
I have never been able to drink normal milk for some reason. Cold, warmed up .... I hate it. I only like it in my chai. That's it. It's so bad cause milk is good for you, but I just can't stand the taste or smell of it.

I could survive on cold unsweetened, unboiled milk. In Pakistan I loved it if the milkman never showed up or if the milk turned sour..that way we would buy milkpak(cartoned milk) which had a divine taste Fresh cowmilk that the milkman delivered didn’t taste that great. And now here the cartoned or bottled milk is just yumyum.
