salam everyone.
Well i have a problem that i cant drink milk.I dont like its taste.I feel like doing ulti when i drink milk but when i mix it with jame shereen i drink it v easily.So my question is that does Jam_e_shereen effect its beneficial charachterstics?

no it does not. It just adds some sugar in it. If you're comfortable with sugar, go right ahead, mix it and drink that glass of milk up :) if u also add a spoon of sugar in milk.. stop tha for some time as jaam e shereen already has enuff sugar.. but as i said if ure ok with sugar.. doesnt matter.

u may mix horlicks/ovaltine loaded with some good vitamins and minerals....jam-e-shireen lacks i think...

Frozen fire well thats also a problem na i cant drink milk mixed with sugar.So all i got from ur replies is that jam e shereen doesnt effect its beneficial properties right?

jam e shereen does not and will not effect milk's beneficial properties. As said earlier, it will only add a bit of sugar content in it. Thats about it.

Like you, I don't like the taste of milk either. So I drink Soy milk instead. It has got all the benefits of cow milk minus the taste. You can also drink almond milk which you can get from health food store, i guess. Also, you can add horlicks/ovaltine to get added nutrients and choclatey/malty flavor.
