Re: Military courts
Military courts are not an ideal solution but civilian governments have faced terrorists, terrorism, high profile killers but they sat on their asses and didn’t do anything yet. Terrorists kept killing civilians, police, judiciary, govt officials and the politicians didn’t move an inch to try solving the problem.
Military judicial official being influenced is also a likelihood, but not from local molvi, an in-bed-with-terrorist-political-leader, chance of them being influenced are very small comparatively.
A middle ground can be achieved if the civilian govt is sincere in solving the terrorism problem and is ready to cut ties with militant wings.
