Lakhvi will be released as well due to lack of evidence. The civilian courts are toothless and ineffective, the politicians won’t allow military courts. The end result would be kill and dump which aggravates things instead of solving them. PPPs previous tenure can be observed to check this scenario. With the passage of time we are going towards status quo, no punishment for hardened terrorists and then we will wonder why terrorism isn’t ending.
