^ there is no way current civilian judges can carry out justice to terrorists, there is no sufficient security for them, they will be under lot of political influence for high profile terrorists… just take Malik Ishaq’s case for example.

Can we be sure that military officials cannot be influenced to be biased?

We can amend procedures for civilian courts. The identity of the judges, lawyers and witnesses can be kept secret. Agar niyyat ho tau ho sakta hai.
