Try reading more about these groups, they are called wrongly guided by TTP type as groups like jaish dont consider pakistan as ground of battle. They only fight in aghanistan or kashmir.

Thats is why the group expelled ismatullah muawiyah as he was involved in anti pak activities.

The thing is that how do we define where Jehad is and where its not? When US evicts Afghanistan where will that leave Afghan jehadi groups? Secondly who has called for jehad even in Afghanistan? Some JEM splinter groups are already attacking Pakistan. We should stop differentiating between militants, they are one of the same thing. Not only these groups are supporting each other but they are also they claim to be fighting for installation of Shariah in Pakistan (that makes the groups fighting in Pakistan also legal).
