It’s obviously not a justification but I don’t see why one group is labeled as terrorist and other is not? US drones killed 700 civillians and only 5 terrorists in 2009, how is this any better?

Its the same theory by which MQM are Killers but ANP, Punjabi Pakhtoon Itehad and others are not. You dont seem to have problem with that, do you?
