Are u sure its not just a headache, and its vakai a migraine?

Not sure what to make of the symptoms - I’m no doctor - but if I were you, between now and Tuesday, just rest. Get off the computer (bad for posture and the eyes - may be the source of headaches :mudhosh: ) and don’t watch TV either. Just take naps during the day and make sure you’re getting full sleep.

Don’t overeat, and don’t undereat. Fruits and veggies. Get off of sugary stuff. Keep breads and rice to a minimum (I found that too much sugar will give me joint pain).

And also take vitamins. Like all of them. Especially some calcium and vitamin C.
