It's a sad OG that he has chosen another white male but fairly predictable after the religious right smacked the limp President down for nominating a woman last time around. As myvoice stated awhile back Alberto Gonzales would have been a fine choice.
And OG you think it should be a law that the husband be notified if their wife decides to have an abortion?
